Today’s Earworm

This was a pretty good song until about 45 seconds in when he started strangling a muskrat.

Today’s Earworm

This one kept running through my head as I was working on the drain in the basement this afternoon.

This one goes out to the French ‘researchers’ who rigged a ‘study‘ of GMO corn to find that it caused horrible, bleeding, sudden death and immoral behavior in rats.

My mind’s not made up about GMO’s yet, but intellectual dishonesty isn’t what I’m looking for when I do research in order to learn more.

So ask me “DB, why do you drink?”

I’ve got kids.

“Why do you smoke?”

Not lately, but I like cigars.

“Why do you live out the stories you wrote?”

Hey, I am the Minivandian.

Over and over, go on and put yourself in my unique position.

If I get stressed because my kid is a pest.

It’s a FAMILY TRADITION!

Today’s Earworm

I was reading a short story by Marko Kloos today.  It was set in his “Terms of Enlistment” universe, where the poor of America are herded into poverty districts which hold millions.  It’s a pretty bleak view of the future, and I had this song running through my head as his description of the tenements took shape in my mind.

Language warning on this one.
