    Nice rendition.

    When we performed it in high school there was a strong bid made to simulate the cannon with shotguns firing blanks.

    It is a testimony to how much things have changed that, in the Detroit Public school system it came within an ace of being approved, to fall to concerns about fire safety.

    In the event, God provided a thunder storm. (I am not making this up.)
