Deescalate, deescalate, deescalate.  Nobody gets points for winning a fight they could have and should have avoided.  Your pride is not worth dying over, and it’s not worth killing over.  Protect yourself if a situation gets out of hand, but it’s always better to find a way to keep it from getting out of hand in the first place.

    Hey DB,
    That is one of my favorite movies of all time. I had liked the jumping around in history and modern day(1985) like they did. And Yes, ego is a poor reason to escalate an issue

      It’s one of my favorites, too. Unfortunately, the best lines in the movie have been worn down to the nub in popular culture, so I didn’t use them for this project.
