Thought for the Day III

Note to self – A glass container of Carmex lip balm that goes through the laundry in the pocket of a pair of my work pants will make that entire load of laundry smell wonderful.

    Note to everyone: A single stick of any brand of the wax type lip balm that goes through the laundry in a shirt pocket will *ruin* that entire load of shirts. (…the voice of experience speaketh.)

      Actually, I had a plastic tube of Carmex (with a loose lid) go through the wash in Hubby’s pants. Grease stains all over EVERYTHING. I had to wash everything about six times, and treat heavily on both sides of the fabric with Resolve’s stain stick (which looks an awful lot like deodorant when you’re tired), but I got it all out.

      Except the stains on Hubby’s boxers. I figured he deserved those. 😀
