Guess What I Did Today

  • When it comes time to buy a 9mm, I need to consider the Beretta 92FS.  My BIL brought his and it was very nice.
  • The failures I had with the new pistol the other day seem to have been due to a lack of proper lubrication.  A little Remoil spritzed into the magazines and onto the bolt appears to have fixed it.
  • I really like my .357, but a .44 Super Blackhawk like the one I shot today would be a nice addition to my collection when I’m in the mood to start stocking a new caliber.
  • I need to get more ammunition.  No, I don’t have a problem.

More ammo? Since when would that be a problem? Just because yesterday when hauling in our load from the grocery store as the MBWITW grabbed the last bag…and asked “what is this? Fleet Farm? It is heavy!” And she looked and found a couple/few of boxes of 9mm and said with glance “More?”…
Problem? I forgot to put it away after the last trip there…
    Heh…

Irish Woman will occasionally give me an eye roll when she finds a box or three mixed in with the other things I bought.

Never too much and should always buy more. Of course, my stockpile would be more of a stockpile if I’d quit shooting it all up. 🙂

I have the same issue. I stock up on a certain caliber, then I go to the range and have to start all over again.

I’ve got a 44 Super Blackhawk; I used it for years for deer and elk hunting. Fun gun to shoot.
