30 Days of Reagan – Day 28

My fellow Americans, I’m pleased to tell you today that I’ve signed legislation that will outlaw Russia forever. We begin bombing in five minutes.

My Take – Never miss a chance to make your adversaries worry that you just might be a little insane.  It keeps them guessing and makes you unpredictable.
